FUJIFILM North America Corporation Announces First Group of Winners for Revitalized Masterpiece Award Program

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is excited to announce the winners of the FUJIFILM Masterpiece Award for photographic excellence for this past quarter at the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) affiliate print competitions.

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is excited to announce the winners of the FUJIFILM Masterpiece Award for photographic excellence for this past quarter at the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) affiliate print competitions.

The FUJIFILM Masterpiece Award is administered by state and regional affiliates of the Professional Photographers of America exclusively for the members of these organizations and is available to affiliates in the United States, Canada and Mexico. It is the highest honor for PPA print competition that is given by Fujifilm. The award is given for prints in three separate categories – wedding, portrait and illustrative – that reflect the highest level of professional photography. Only prints with scores above 80 are consideredto meet the criteria for the award.

The following photographers have been awarded the FUJIFILM Masterpiece Award at the Professional Photographers of America International Print Competition:

  • Kerri Weiss of Weiss on Location Photography, 6N430 Clydesdale Ct., Saint Charles, IL, for the photograph titled “The Wise One” in the illustrative category with a score of 96. The award-winning print was printed on genuine Fujicolor Crystal Archive Color Paper by Downtown Photo 150 Virginia Rd., Crystal Lake IL – August 2017
  • Lori R. McCoy of Bella Vita Photography, 339 N. Third Street, Hamilton OH, for the photograph titled “Messy Hair Don’t Care” in the portrait category with a score of 82. The award-winning print was printed on genuine Fujicolor Crystal Archive Color Paper by American Color Imaging, 715 E. 18th Street Cedar Falls, IA – August 2017

 

The following photographers have been awarded the FUJIFILM Masterpiece Award at the Professional Photographers of California Print Competition:
